Returns Policy
Need to return something?
Simply fill in the returns note you got with your order and send it back to us with the item(s) you wish to return.
Returns & Exchanges - when the items we delivered are correct
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us, unused and in the original condition, within 14 days of ordering. Please allow up to 10 working days from posting your item(s) back to us for your replacement item to arrive or 15 working days for your refund to appear in your bank account.
Remember:
- Fill in all necessary columns in the main table overleaf
- Always quote your order number
- Give the correct code for the reason you are returning the item
- You will incur the cost of sending the item(s) back, but we will pay the postage again for your new item
Returns & Exchanges - where the items we delivered are not what you ordered
If the item or items you received were not as you originally ordered firstly - sincere apologies. Please fill out the returns note, stating what item you are returning and what item you would like as a replacement. In this case, remember to include an original receipt for the cost of your postage and we will credit this to you after we have received your goods.
